Dermatology Children’s Specialist Nurse Community Clinic

The Community Dermatology service is based at:
City of Coventry Health Centre (First Floor)
2 Stoney Stanton Road,
Coventry
CV1 4FS.

Eligibility

• Available to paediatric patients registered with a Coventry GP
• Children with a diagnosis of eczema and / or psoriasis
• Advice on treatment management and compliance
• Support for parents
• Treatment of viral warts (where in line with CCG policy)
• Molloscum Contagiosum

Procedures performed

• Cryotherapy (where in line with CCG policy)
• Wet wraps
• Paste bandaging

Exclusions

• Patch testing for allergies
• Undiagnosed eczema and psoriasis
• Cysts and any lesion which may appear to be malignant are also excluded
